Clean your change room! I tried shorts today and it was smelly, dirty walls and lots of dust on the floor. Everything else is great!

Really bad service the customer’s service busy talking today

Customer service was rude, they laughed and humiliated my wife while we were trying to refund the school shoes we recently bought, because they didn’t give us the right size we needed. They told us that they won’t have the shoe size we needed in two weeks, so because of that situation my daughter will have to miss out because of their mistakes, absolutely useless!!! They offer us store credit instead of a refund, which could solved our situation. If you want to get ripped off… go to this store.

Been here a few times with average service. Today tho tops the cake with probably the worst service by scowling woman standing by the cashier with folded arms. Rude, lazy and pure waste of space

Bought a pair of shoes here. The young girl who served us was so helpful and patient. I did feel awkward with her hovering over. Being pregnant I sort of struggled to get the shoes on and off. Not a fan of no refunds for change of mind. Again I would rather try shoes on privately and see if it's good fit. Shoes were on sale so took a gamble. I must commend the worker on the way she treated the shoes and removing tags. She took pride, you don't see that very often.

Rude staff with a could-not-care-less attitude. Customers lined up waiting for a change room because one had boxes of stock stacked up blocking the door. Sales staff too interested in chatting about what each other are doing on Friday night. Told no items I asked for were in stock, then found them myself in the store - when I pointed this out to the sales assistant she just gave me a dirty look - no apology of course. A great example for the argument that human staff should be replaced by robots

I will never buy from Insport again. Why can't you get a refund if the garment is returned with tags and receipt? Would rather spend my money at JD Sports or Rebel but never again at Insport. Are they so desperate to keep your money? Goes against The Trade Practices Act! They don't deserve even one star!

It’s disappointing to learn that the staff members I provided positive feedback about have not, to date, received any recognition from your management team.I recently went back to the store and spoke to Christian and Alyssa and they hadn’t heard anything.Businesses depend on outstanding customer engagement to bring new and repeat customers back but creating a positive culture in the business ensures the customer engagement from your staff remains consistent. Part of developing positive culture is recognising and rewarding staff internally, particularly those who are recognised by customers.I hope when I shop here next that Christian and Alyssa have received some acknowledgement from management.
