I got my haircut here, and it was the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a short bob and left with a very uneven bowl cut, with no shape. I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to have it fixed, and the hairdresser who saw me the next day couldn't believe how poorly cut it was. The hairdresser was also very rough when washing my hair, and appeared annoyed when I tried to give direction for how I wanted my hair to be cut.

As soon as I walked in my gut was telling me not to do this but I stayed as I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I got a half head of foils, cut and blow dry. The blow dry was really good and really quick so can’t fault that. The colour of the foils looked ok in store but once I got to the car and home, I could see that they were a metallic copper blonde when I requested a light brown - a highlight. Where the dye starts is also very very obvious… not blended well. I was charged an extra $40 for a toner but when I came home and researched it, if toner was used, it was washed straight out. The colour of my hair is obviously not toned. I also got a lot cut off but when I asked that it be blended (it was cut very straight across) it was done but it’s still soooooo bad. I felt like I was hacked at rather than blended through. I absolutely hate it and will wait 6 weeks for it to grow a smidge and go to someone that can fix it for me!I’ve had it at this length many times before and it’s always been great. I’ve never felt so unhappy with a haircut.Avoid if you want a new style or need colours. The shampoo and conditioner was also the most unrelaxing experience.

Booked in merely for a hair wash and style, no cut, no colour, no other beauty treatments which are the speciality of this delightful salon.I was met with the same smiling courtesy, helpful assistance and dedication to quality service. Thank you Harry for my youthful hairstyle which has lasted ever since. I'll definitely be back.

Worst place I have ever been too!I went in for a cut, foils, colour and toner. I showed several pictures of what I was after, it must have been lost in translation.Firstly, I wanted blended layers, I came out with stepped layers and one side longer than the other.Initially the colour was ok, but after a few days my hair looked like a tiger.I rang up mentioned my hair was uneven etc. So I went in and had it rectified. I was made to feel really uncomfortable and couldn't bring myself to say then and there I wasn't happy with the tiger look.After a day or so, I decided to build up the courage and say my hair colour was orange like a tiger.I was told the salon manager wasn't there and they would phone me back. I then rang back later that day to get an update and the lady said I will phone you back tomorrow. 2 days now still no phone call.I recently moved back to Brisbane after living on the Gold Coast. I have now decided to make the journey and continue back with my hairdresser there.Would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I went to Flora Beauty Station today to get my hair done. I had bleached blond hair that was falling out and almost impossible to brush so I needed some good TLC. Bayan did my hair, we went for an all over red/brown colour which omg I am in love with. She helped me choose and recommended me the best way forward in such a friendly and professional way. I was also welcomed and made super comfortable by all the amazing staff and got given a nice hot drink on arrival. I really loved my experience here and I will definitely be back.

Anyone who is looking for a hairdresser out there you've landed in the right place. Feel on the top of the world after getting my haircut done by Olesya. With thick Asian hair I always struggle to find a hairstylist. But Olesya nailed it. Thank you to Lena, first point of call. She's got you covered. Tidy and neat & good atmosphere. Everyone is nice and welcoming.
