Great shop with large range of products. I had difficulty finding suitable ski boots to fit my feet but Rob was able to help me out while explaining everything patiently in a way a beginner like me would understand.Excellent service, wide product range, convenient location and a knowledgeable team!

Love this place and the team that make it what it is. Never made to feel like a noob, always get sound advice and the product range is great. Can get super busy during peak times but the team are pros and multi task like superheros. Never once feeling like they aren't focused on you. Highly recommended

Everyone at the Snow Skiers Warehouse are fantastic and very helpful. Tim took his time helping me to choose the right size boots and then heat adjusted them for me. He was very nice, well informed, and overall very good at what he is doing. I would definitely go back there for the rest if my ski gear.

I had the best experience today with Tim.Newish to snowboarding and thought it time to own my own gear. Tim was patient, knowledgeable and very honest for what the best products were for me and with my experience and price point.I highly recommend this team and shop.I learnt a lot today and I cannot wait for this season to start.Won’t be the last time I visit the store.Thanks again!

Tim and Rob were an absolute please to deal with. Both had amazing knowledge of snow clothing and what each brand offer over the others. Bought goggles and beanie and couldn’t be happier with the price and service!! Also gave me cool stickers

Great snow store with very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Tim spent a lot of time explaining to us his knowledge and picking the right equipment that suited what we needed. Highly recommend you drop here if you’re looking for anything snow related before you head down or overseas.

Been served by many different staff members and all were very very knowledgeable about their products and provided very insightful information required for the correct fit and equipment.All team members were happy to provide me advice for not only equipment but for snow trips also.I would definitely recommend all my friends to come visit.The best snow shop in Sydney.

I bought two women's Burton base layer crew tops, one a mid layer and one a lighter layer. I bought them online and they arrived in less than a week. I love them both. They are comfortable, soft and look good. The only problem if you can call it that was that the cut for both of them flared out at the bottom. Maybe for people with bigger hips this might be OK but I have slim hips, so out with the needle and thread. Now that I have taken them both in a bit along the seam lines on both sides for about the lower 20 cm, they fit me much more snugly and I am happy with my purchases.

Amazing service!Amazing. Husband and I popped in on Saturday for new ski boots, my first time buying, the staff took the time to make sure I got the right fit, they explained all the bits and bobs on the boots, really knowledgeable about all their products. They genuinely seemed to want to make sure we got equipment that was right for us.Really happy with my experience at this shop and really happy with my new boots.We will be back for the next lot of gear we need.
