The ladies on the counter clearly do not want to be there. Extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.if you don't want to work please leave this job.please hire someone better.pathatic service

Well well well… it’s time to write a review on this absolutely hopeless incompetent miserable grumpy bunch of old tired lazy rude women who have expired their time in customer service.Today my young daughter went in to post a “letter” on my behalf. I knew it was within the correct size guidelines as I have gotten in the habit of checking before sending especially as Australia Post Wollert has a habit of overcharging. The rude woman at the counter refused to send it as a letter and insisted it be sent as a parcel. My family refused and instead went to another post office who gave excellent service and posted the letter as a “letter” proving my point that Australia Post Wollert have a habit of overcharging.I run a small business and will go out of my way to drive out to another post office to avoid the disgusting service these bitter angry and possibly racist bunch of old women give.I considered making a formal complaint to the necessary parties, however I don’t want them to lose their jobs as I can guarantee no one else will hire them. And I care for women, they are probably mothers or grandmothers. So I hope they read this review and the rest before me, and consider changing their attitudes. Smiling is for free ladies. You have a paid job, be grateful.* I have been keeping track of this shocking service for over a year and have given them the benefit of doubt, making excuses that maybe they had a bad day, maybe their pay was late, maybe they didn’t sleep well. I have always tried to make friendly conversation with them on my frequent visits and have nearly always been met with grunts and one word answers. So it was time for an honest review.

Absolute joke. Older female employee incredibly rude! Should also consider putting up a sign saying they never have enough money on hand for pensioners to take out as for the last 30 years other post offices have easily been able to accommodate for my mother.

One of the worst post office I have ever been to. The lady in the counter was incredibly rude and lacked professionalism while talking to me. She dismissed the conversation by disregarding on what I had to say and made me feel belittled.

I called up today confirming that the post office was closing at 4 but due to staff shortages they are closing at 2 I asked Kim if she could put my parcel aside to collect a bit after 2 as the parcel was a present for Father’s Day tomorrow and she bluntly said no we can’t do that. A few weeks ago I called up to pick up a parcel and asked if they could put it aside and I would pick up after they close and they were more then happy to do it for me but today they wouldn’t I don’t understand how they could a few weeks ago but today they couldn’t so upsetting. Kim did not show any care at all did not even try to help me and I hung up in tears. I really thought she would have helped especially cos it was a present for tomorrow. So disappointed and upset.

Please dont hire grumpy old employees, shop closes at 5pm, no need to be rude or act in a rush. So until it's 5pm, it's still customer service hours. Just like other service industries, such as restaurants, closing time doesn't include clean up time.Also, I don't work at AusPost, so I don't know if you have separate areas where you store different types of parcels. I only purchased an item with delivery, I didn't put in the delivery. So, I won't know what type of service was engaged.Fix your attitude. It's called customer service, doesn't matter what age you are.Only reason I gave another star is because some other employees have been helpful in previous visits.

Small Aus post. Three stores shearing one space including Aus post. Can be busy and got nowhere to stand.

Im not sure what all of these negative reviews are about here but I beg to differ! I had an amazing experience with a wonderful staff member named Sarah. She was polite and respectful and made me feel welcomed while providing the services i needed. I will definitely be coming here for my parcel deliveries and bills :) :)

If there is a zero star I will give a big zero! The two big ladies are very rude and arrogant. Everytime you deal with them they are frowning and very rude in the way they talk to customers. They will ruin your mood so never go there in the morning. I hope AuPost will change their staff in this Wollert branch. I felt she was racist as well.

Not much to say some of the worst most entitled, ignorant, self absorbed employees I've ever encountered. Came at 4:55 to pick up a parcel, was told we are closed I said it's not 5pm and the rude red head said sorry I'm busy come back when we are open. I left fuming and sent my partner the next day to get it as I was working and she was greeted with the same red head being rude to her and not allowing her to have the parcel. Every word my partner said she was cut off with nup" "nup" if she bothered to listen my partner would have shown her she had the authority and her ID to show. Seriously a joke this joint"
