Friendly and informative over the phone when booking, technician arrived on time, he was polite and also friendly and very informative. Have used M&M Pest Control for many years. We initially chose them as they use non-toxic materials. Good quality, professional and friendly service. Lindsey is helpful and always go the extra mile. He is respectful (always remove his shoes when he does the spray indoors) and obliging to our requests to spray under the house and roof. Highly recommended.
