I had a bad shoulder and went to Helen for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. She was super thorough, paying special attention to areas of tightness in my shoulder, as well as addressing other tight areas… she even went a little bit over time just to address all my tightness! Very knowledgeable about pressure points and nice and firm, would definitely recommend.
