for some reason they don’t want to take uber rewards have to make sure 100 times they add 12c discount reward girls behind the counter very rude

I fractured my foot in a minor accident nearby, i had to come to this BP to get some things and fix my car. The staff watched me hobble back and fourth around the store without offering any assistance, laughing as they watched me struggle with a heavy object. Very rude remarks when i paid, they couldnt have cared at all. I was shocked at this experience.

Staff very rude, promotion purchased any two items from counter get 8c per discount, he forgot to give me discount, and telling me I have to tell him I want the discount before the payment next time, he said some of the customers don't want the discount, stop making a dumb story for the mistake ,you just need to say sorry , I'm going to fix it for you, Stan

Hey, #BP #Wildbean cafe I Ordered a Regular latte that cost $4.90 look at my coffee burnt coffee and 70% of the cup is froth. Could you please train your staff how to make coffee or change the staff or put @ dollar coffee machines... This is not the 1st time

Very unfortunate. Each time I have prepaid for multiple car wash services the car wash is “out of service” almost every time I come by to use it. Sadly, a consequence of this was the cashier disposing of my prepaid car wash tokens because they had expired, within 30 days. Expired because each time I came by the car wash was broken so I was unable to use these tokens.I hope this constructive feedback serves as a catalyst for positive change.

Car wash doesn't work after key in codes and drive in, called cashier a few times, finally been told on the phone he can't help.

Very good customer service. Staffs here very polite and friendly with customers. Always ask for assistance and I love their wild bean coffee. One problem is lock door from 10pm to 5am though staffs help to get what you need.

This is as good a servo as any other I've been to, but the trash around the air filling pump is pretty gross. Looks like it's been there for ages.

It says its open 24 hours the dude behind the counter made me come to the side, I said it says your open and he said no we’re closed bluntly I didn’t say anything and left I had the feeling it was a straight out lie, he wouldn’t let me in, I guess the gas is open 24/7 ? And the place isn’t even though he’s behind the counter.

I was served by M Bari". Apparently saying "hello" or "how are you" or "thank you" are not important to BP staff.Forget the complete lack of greetings or manners. He tried to keep $5.00 of my change and then tried to correct my language when i disputed receiving only $5.00 change from $20.00 on a $10 purchase.Incredibly self important and disgusting attitude.I got my $5.00 back but i wonder how many hundreds of people he has ripped off who did not notice.Who knows if he was really nice and said "hi how are you?" Maybe id have given him a $5 tip"
