What a hidden gem! Nice rooms while travelling for work, but THE most unexpected and delicious meal we’ve enjoyed in an absolute age. Perfectly cooked, amazingly tasty. Personable Chef.Wish we had more time to explore the history of the area.

Staff friendly and considered dietry requests , bring your appetite with you .Room was clean and the bed comfy . Lovely hot water for showering , only thing that could have made my stay better would have been a face cloth .

Our room was very clean and spacious - plenty of space to spread out. The shower was excellent. They supplied us with fresh milk and there were biscuits in the room (a nicety that always impresses us in a motel). We ate an excellent restaurant meal at an average restaurant price. The chicken was superb and the dessert was to die for (icecream rolled in almonds with chocolate and kahlua YUMMM! lol).All in all, our experience was a good one.

Well knock me over I ended up staying because everything was full and I had the best steak I have ever eaten, a fantastic piece of beef.

Stayed overnight. Two of us. Very neat motor in set well back from the main road. Very large trucks do use the main road out the front so the set back limits but does not eliminate noise.Rooms are clean and functional and the showers work well. All amenities providedTV sets are 'Smart' but not connected to the internet so you need to create a hot spot with your phone to access things like Netflix or Stan or Iview.There is WiFi here but appears not to be fast enough or has been limited from stream videos.4G is good.Beds are very comfortable and are good for couples that want limited disturbance when the other rolls over on the double bed.Breakfast is very good ,has reasonable variety and tasted fresh. We ate in the restaurant. Bacon was the bestWill go back

Service was exceptional. It was a very cold n wet day, and when we arrived they had put the heat on in the room for us. It was a one night stop over, and the motel was on the route we were taking, so it was easy to get up in the morning and continue our journey. Room was clean, beds comfortable, reception staff friendly. They have microwave, toaster and tea n coffee in our room. We were very pleased with the room and service. Thank you

Avoid this place.I got held up in traffic leaving Melbourne and arrived after the reception had closed. No one answered the phone so I drove 60km to Yass and found another hotel. Two days later I get a phone call claiming I had called them and arranged to delay my stay and demanding payment for the room. Woman described in detail a conversation that had never happened.Just strange. Stay away.
