Worst maccas in Perth, almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. Highly recommend checking you have what you ordered before leaving.

I only come here because of the convenient locality. The drive thru line is always ridiculously long, it’s much quicker to park and walk in.I consistently get cold burgers and fries, wrong orders and out of order machines inside. Almost as consistently, I get blank stares from the staff members when I explain the problem they’ve just dumped on me. Extremely frustrating.I read a review that said this was the worst maccas in Perth - I’d have to agree. Even the maccas in Perth at 2am on a Saturday morning can more efficiently serve huge volume of drunk customers. If you don’t live nearby, go elsewhere.Edit: the place is always filthy too, I’ve never seen the tables wiped, bins are overflowing, and mess on the floor.

Called in last Friday to get a quick breakfast and ate in the car in the carpark as I had some work to do. One burger was almost cold, and the chicken burger had obviously seen better days - tough and cold. But for a 'phone call, I would have gone back in and complained.

It was a bit odd we had never been here before and we used the drive through. The first station took our order and then our money, but when we drove on to the food delivery windows it seemed to be relatively small shuttered and locked. We waited for a while and then figured the correct windows must be around the corner, but it wasn't. So we had to go inside. The large lady who dealt with us was not particularly friendly and clearly thought we were stupid. Not a pleasant experience. The cheeseburger just about competed with cardboard but the pickles were ok

Absolutely sick of this attitude McDonald’s. And this one was from the manager which makes it worst! I got to the window where he handed me the food and I asked him was my food ‘fresh off the grill’ and he replied….’Well, we just opened mate’ It was 5:15am. They opened at 5am.I have been asking for ‘fresh off the grill’ since Mcd’s started holding meat in warmers. I asked for sausage muffin, extra cheese and bacon and a sausage and egg. I always make sure I emphasise and repeat it a few times because no one seems to understand it or respect it. FRESH OFF THE GRILL!! Freshly cooked meat and bacon melts the cheese and retains all the grease and juice which makes for a moist, extremely tasty burger or muffin. Warmer held meat makes for dry disgusting burgers/muffins. Simple. So McDonald’s, what’s it going to take for me to get what I ask for??Please respond.

The worst wrap I have ever experienced. Wrap was stale, so hard to bite through. Chips came out cold, probably sitting there for a while as we were in the waiting bay for 1 burger, wrap & chips for about 20 mins in over 30 degree heat. Never going back there.

We ordered LARGE triple cheese burger menu but the pouring portion was just half way and the meat was chewy; 24 units nuggets that became 22 (??) Soggy and colder than the 36° outside. We ordered drive throu and rush home so couldn't complain in the face. When you trusted the service but than go home and feel so disappointed.Merry Christmas.

Food arrived in a timely manner via Ubereats, that’s the only good comment.Food was cold and presented awfully. On arrival, the nuggets didn’t seemed cooked enough, chips were less than impressive, small portion, cold and looked like they’d been sat around forever.Cheeseburger ordered did arrive in the order.Would not recommend this branch of Maccas to anyone.

Only went here out of convenience.Poorly trained teenagers that care more about having a chat amongst themselves. Manager is youngish and often looking at their phone. Service is slow, you feel ignored. The only thing keeping this business alive is the golden arc branding. If it was a standalone restaurant, it wouldn't survive 3 months.

This used be a really good Maccas when the owner worked there but gone downhill massively now. Not sure what’s changed but was heavily staffed with a large group of girls who just stood chatting with a friend while customers waited to be served. Every table was filthy, the staff carrying on like they were at a party. Our food sat on the counter so long it went cold. Dreadful service, avoid at all costs!
