Classic Hire Morley
Went here Saturday to hire a tool to grind back a bathroom wall for tiling but needed a vacuum attached to it for dust control. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tool i hired didnt extract any dust whatsover as we used it and the bathroom was completely full of dust. I took a photo and brought back the equipment within the hour and showed the guy the photo of how it didnt work.I would of at least expected he offered to refund my money as the equipment didnt do what it was hired to do. I didnt want to cause any dramas so just left it at that. Little unfair i think.

Hired a generator for a day it did the job great but I returned it 2 hours late and received a 50% surcharge. Having hired from Coats before in fremantle and returned under a similar circumstance I did not receive any surcharge and they also charged a lower fee overall. I will not be hiring here again and would recommend hiring from Coats instead.

I hired an outdoor evap aircon for boxing day. I didn't realise the physical size of the aircon and on delivery, discovered that it wouldn't fit through the side gate. Dean made a call to the office and a decision was made to return with a small truck that had a hoist. Subsequently It was hoisted over the fence into the back yard. The unit provided much relief on the day and was collected using the same truck with the hoist. Thank you for solving the tricky access problem with a minimum of fuss and with no additional fees.

This place needs to be recognised for their dedication to customer satisfaction. Jordan who I have dealt with a few times now has been super helpful and makes sure I get the equipment I need despite their being a few obstacles.I have been using companies like these to hire my equipment for a long time and this particular branch is why I keep coming back. Their prices are way better than K$&@“-:~ H$&@ so it’s a 5/5 for me.

The guys at Classic Hire Morley are just wonderful. I was holding a concert for children with special needs when Western Power decided to shut the power off for the day with limited notice. The guys at Classic Hire swung into action and quickly found a solution for me. They even offered a special rate for the event! The generator they supplied worked perfectly and the concert went ahead. Lots of kids with big smiles. Thanks Classic Hire Morley. Above and beyond guys. Thank you.
