this establishment with 1 person waiting said it would be 40 minute wait, they had about 8 people working, the best part was they wanted 39 dollars to cut a toddlers hair…. actually dead hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahsave your money go somewhere else in the centre you will be so happy you saved half the price…….

Absolute JOKE! This male hairdresser is not capable of cutting children’s hair.He butchered our baby’s hair and when I confronted him about it he got so defensive and blamed the baby was moving all the time! The entire top of our baby’s head was so uneven with bald patches he couldn’t fix it with his clipper!!I had to shave it all off myself as soon as we got home.If he didn’t know how to cut children/babies hair then he shouldnt have taken us in. Completely ruined our family photoshoot and our boy’s first birthday party in few weeksTake your money and children elsewhere.

Nice staff and no issues there but $37 for a mens haircut is disgustingly overpriced and the haircut is average, nothing great.I’m sure it’s to boost profits but it is losing potential customers as I’m sure many people like myself will just go somewhere else.Consider changing the pricing.

How can they justify $39 per child for a cut in the weekend?! Honestly, price is a joke. I literally laughed and walked out saying I'd rather cut their hair myself. Two kids is just shy of $80 for a budget cut. Unbelievable. Won't go back... ever!!EDIT: Last year I paid $26 per child here in the weekend. You can't say that $13 is a reasonable increase per child.

My second time at this place.The 1st one was welcoming the lady who cut my hair had the patience and was also acommodating.The second cannot be compared to my 1st sadly the guy who was cutting my hair was just there to cut and was in a hurry to finish.Hair Salon is somewhat a way of having a small conversation to capture that loyalty in the end the customer is looking forward to go back not only to have a hair cut but also to have a small conversation.

My autistic daughter was singled out by the manager of this salon for coughing and was refused services unless she wore a mask even though there is NO mask mandate exists, it’s not the policy of Just Cuts as I indeed reported this demeaning and discriminatory behaviour to the head office who agreed it was inappropriate nor were all other clients and staff wearing masks either and my daughter holds a legal exemption from wearing masks due to her disability. No consideration was shown whatsoever towards her or her special needs, she was warmly welcomed by Randwick Just Cuts soon after this bitter experience where she was not a not offered a voucher for her next haircut but also the use of the salon before or after hours due to her sensory issues and disability, such a thoughtful and kind gesture on their part. Stay clear of the Pagewood salon at all costs is my advice!

I had an amazing visit here. Tres, who was my hairdresser, did an amazing job, and was also an absolute joy to talk to! She did a great job of understanding my request for the style I wanted (especially given how poorly I described it), and I'm very satisfied with the results! I'll be coming here again!

$27 for my son's haircut he is 7 and twice they have given him a shocking haircut, not evenly shaved at the back, hair still in places it shouldnt be, went back to fix it and it was still as bad as it was the first time, we definitely won't be going back. makes you wonder if the hairdressers are trained to cut boys hair
