I can't speak highly enough of MD computers! Lachlan in particular is an absolute legend and spent a significant amount of time getting to the bottom of the issue of my very broken laptop, keeping me informed of potential costs, what my options were and only going ahead with commencing repairs when he got my go ahead. Unfortunately the laptop had suffered so much damage to several core aspects of the machine that after weighing up the cost of a particular part needed to make the repairs vs a new laptop, I decided to buy new. Lachlan had spent so much time trying to salvage the laptop for me, which included him needing to order a particular part as part of the process that he would have been well within his right to bill me for it, yet in an incredible act of kindness and generosity he waived those costs which I was blown away by and can't thank him enough for. He then spent the time to go over what I need to use my laptop for and helped me choose a new one in store that had everything I needed and at a great price.MD computers is a local business who really take care of their customers and they certainly went above and beyond for me so I will be recommending them to friends and family for anything tech and tech repair related.Thank you again for your kindness and expertise Lachlan, you're a credit to MD Computers.

Rolled in unannounced first thing this Saturday morning with an unknown fault in my laptop, although I had a sneaking suspicion about the cause.The team were professional but also friendly and we had a good chat and a laugh while figuring it out, and it was nice to meet a team that took my concerns and suggestions on board.They performed all testing right there in front of me, and after confirming my suspicion were able to provide a solution immediately, and at a totally reasonable price.As much as it sucks all computers require repairs at some point, and over the years and in all the interactions with repairers, these guys were easily the best experience I've had.

Fantastic experience headset output wasn't working with Discord or any 3rd party app or any game.Tried trouble shooting with many friends to no success took it to MD computers and they had it fixed overnight the repair technician was baffled to what the problem was but in the end fixed it.Fantastic customer service, products and very knowledgeable will 100% recommend to anyone after repairs, products or general maintenance 10/10Will definitely be my main store for any future related pc issues or purchases

After a few upgrades to my rig over the last year or so my PC all but crapped itself. Fearing I'd done something wrong when installing parts I took it to a local repair shop only to be charged $150 and get told I'd done it right and they didn't know why it kept blue screening.I was then put onto MD computers by a friend and after a few weeks of meticulous testing. They found an error in one of my RAM sticks that hadn't shown up in any other tests. After swiftly replacing this RAM stick they were able to determine that my BIOS had been somewhat corrupted in one of the updates. Since then, I've not crashed once and I can finally play games again 10/10 easy recommendation

Great, friendly service, been going to them for a long time now, some fixes more involved than others but each time, it has been met with professionalism and at a great price. Can't go past these guys!
