I have been seeing Tarryn for a year now and she is so knowledgeable and keeps me on track with my health and diet. She not only provides support as a practitioner in health but support for me and my personal difficulties, lending a ear and providing emotional care as well. Tarryn has literally changed my life, seeing her for the first time this January with a 10 year battle with acute Diverticular disease she has with patience, knowledge, empathy and understanding corrected my over sensitive gut to the stage that I have not suffered any Diverticulitis attacks in over 6 months, whereas previously I would have been on antibodies or even 1 hospital visit in this time period.Along this journey of correcting my gut & Diverticulitis she has helped me loose stubborn weight and give me back my life to enjoy. I went to see Tarryn in August last year after being referred by a friend. I was turning 50 this year and decided I wanted to be healthier and truely embrace the “Fabulous 50”. Since then I have lost over 10kgs, reduced my waist size by about 8cm and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. And none of what I’ve done has been difficult. The support and professional guidance from Tarryn is always 150%. The meal plans and recipes are super easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. So ive been seeing Tarryn now for about a month, going through a much needed detox to help with my gut issues and maintainance of my MS. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease when i met Tarryn. She is so patient and really willing to help me have a better nutritional life. Tarryn is a highly dedicated professional, who has helped me restore my gut health after suffering a life-threatening illness which required long term antibiotic use. I met with Tarryn just over a month ago, wanting to increase my energy, help my moods and a whole bunch of other things. She was absolutely amazing in creating a program suited just for me.
