I cannot express how grateful I am to have received such thorough, considerate & kind service from the team @ Cricks Noosa for my precious Alfa Romeo. Outstanding !!!

I recently purchased a Fiat Panda from Cricks. Took it along for it's first service & waited in their very comfy customer lounge area. Good set up with tea/coffee, TV & newspapers on hand. Staff seem very friendly & service since purchasing the car has been great. Good dealership.

This is my second vehicle I have bought through Cricks Noosa, and I am very happy with my new Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Cricks service has always been very professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This happened back in March/April. I was looking at upgrading my car to an Alfa Romeo Giulia and signed up for updates late last year. Got a call from a guy at this dealership who was quite rude when I asked if they were based in Brisbane...which was obviously not the case (he later informed me that he was arranging for a few cars to be driven down to Brisbane sometime in May for customers to test drive). So I am like okay I'll deal with the rudeness for now. And thus I awaited the email or phone call from him when the date is set. By the end of May and until now, not a single email or phone call! Emailed him several times and yet no replies. Contacted Alfa Romeo Australia and still got no answer. I guess these guys dont want your business and dont have any respect for Brisbane customers. I have since went with BMW and purchased a new 4 series Gran Coupe (yes you have lost a potential sale). This dealership has the whole monopoly of Alfa Romeo in Queensland so its utterly disappointing that they dont value customer service.I am sorry but I wont be recommending any of my friends or family in upgrading to an Alfa with this type of service, especially when they are located more than 2 hours from Brisbane and obviously dont care about Brisbane customers.

My service went very smoothly from start to finish. They finished when they said they would which is handy when one has to work between two different sites and timing is everything. They took me to work and picked me up again. My little Fiat was sparkly as new because it was washed and vacuumed ready for pick up. And then to top it off, it ran smoothly due to a great service. I've just taken delivery of my new Alfa Romeo Giulia QV. Matt Murray and his team at Noosa Alfa Romeo looked after the purchase and delivery sensationally. If you're looking for an Alfa Romeo, I thoroughly recommend a visit to this dealership. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was perfectly presented. Kyle went over the intricacies of the QV very well. My drive home, whilst cautious, was perfect. Thanks Matt, I'm very pleased.
