This is a really good super market, stock is fresh and well stocked. It serves the Fawkner community well. The delicatessen is probably the best I have seen. The staff are very friendly, efficient and very helpful. The location in Bonwick street is important. This being because the shopping strip highlights each other, and the customer benefits from this. The pricing is reasonable but one should compare prices of products first in some circumstances. There is a slice of Italy here too. An Italian man sells cheese to customers as a try and taste set up, his Italian makes you think you are there. There is wheel chair access at car park entrance.

Not the friendliest place l've been too, everyone looks tired and fed up! Hard to find a carpark, so not really worth the hassle.

Waited for over 15 minutes to be served at the Deli counter while staff moved at a snails pace.! Would definitely not recommend and wasn't even busy with customers.

Today I shopped at this lovely IGA and witnessed one of the store staff help a little child by donating a chocolate bar to a little person. Grandma thought it was on special for a dollar. The generosity of beautiful kind people is an art that is almost forgotten. My faith in humanity slowly is restored. May our lord give great success to this store. Let us all no matter what colour race religion never forget to help the less fortunate. I will definitely keep shopping here.

I love the variety and inclusion of smaller less known brands. Sone good specials, a little more expensive than the usuals, but the friendly service is worth it!

I bought peaches yesterday and outside look beautiful but when I cut in 2 peaces all of them rotten so I really think stop doing this practice if u know these are bad then please don't sell to the public otherwise your money is Haram.

I don't mind going shopping in this grocery. But they have a major problem and they seem to be doing nothing about it.firstly there is hardly no staff to serve at the delly section.maybe a couple of women who cannot be bothered the wait is terribly agonising. Then another long wait to actually pay and get out of there. Honestly your the only so called grocery there.serve your customers .get with the program for you charge top dollar for your groceries. Feel sorry for the elderly who struggle to shop. Not happy
