I wanted to order one of their Combo Deals - turntable, speakers and cleaning accessories. I contacted them first via their Contact Us link then upon receiving a reply, gave them a call. I spoke to Stehpan who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He certainly has a great knowledge of audio equipment. I placed the order while on the phone as Stephan made me feel confident with my choice. I've received the equipment and I am very happy with it. I also think their website is excellent - there is a lot of good information about turntables, stylus care etc in there. Thank you and well done Record Store. I'll be coming back!

Nice record shop with good customer service. Bought a record that was not in the condition listed due to dirt/mould and they were happy to clean it for me and even gave me $10 off another purchase. Thanks!

Bought a few records here a few weeks (possibly month) ago, vertically stored on a shelf untouched. Because of the previous experience with them, I trusted the label on it without checking the condition and also the cover looked excellent. Just had the chance to open one of them (too many records), and what an eye opener! I highly doubt if this is what very good plus" is supposed to be and I've seen records marked as"fair" that looked better than this.I personally won't be coming back again and I highly suggest anyone sees this review learn from my mistake and check the condition before buying (or simply visit another store).The photos are taken after the records were cleaned with a record cleaning machine. There are certainly a lot more scratches that can't be revealed due to poor lighting. Oh

Excellent customer service. He answered very patiently many emails until we figured out which cartridge is the best for my old turntable. Very fast delivery and well package. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back with further purchases.

Love having this store in the hood. I recently went in to have some records dewarped and Stefan was very helpful, friendly, super knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service. All records came back flat and only $10 each and about 4 -5 days.
