I have used AHM for the service of the new KIA Sportage since moving the the coast. The team at AHM look after the client and most importantly their vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone getting their vehicle serviced / maintained.

I am extremely happy with the professional and helpful way I was treated. My car needed to stay in the workshop for parts to arrive and I was lent a wonderful courtesy car so I could attend my appointments in Sydney and Canberra. Happy to say on returning to Batemans Bay I picked up my car all fixed and shiny clean.

Staff were friendly and looked after my HSV with care. I will be back again thank you.

I purchased my Equinox from AMH some years ago. I previously purchased a used Nissan X Trail from AMH. The sales and service experience has been fantastic with friendly staff, reliable booking and payment processes and i have great confidence in their work.

Well, Allan May might have been good years ago, but at Moruya at present, their customer service is terrible. I put my Holden Colorado in for service and to have a fault found. I asked to be given a quote before any repairs were performed. It has been in there for two weeks now, I have called several times only to be told they are working on it. Not once have they called me and said it was going to take longer than expected or that they were having problems. I visited the shop yesterday only to get the same response. I am a tradie, I need the vehicle for my job. Just not good enough, no care!

If I could give 6 stars to the AMH Auto Group I would. We bought a caravan sight unseen and in full disclosure there were a couple of issues that required attention (bearing in mind it's an 8yo van!). Enter Cindy. Her customer service was not only filled with knowledge, but her efficiency and compassion was like nothing we had experienced before. She was thorough, succinct, and LISTENED to what our concerns were. Not once did we ever feel like we were being fobbed off. She then took our concerns to upper level management who further illustrated that we were being listened to. Within a few days all of our concerns had been addressed despite the distance. These people are REAL people - it wasn't just about money to them, it was patently clear it was about a happy customer. Our family has now spent many happy days and nights in our van and we cannot recommend this company, and in particular Cindy, highly enough. Should we buy another caravan in the future, there is only one place where we will head no matter where we are in Australia! A sincere thankyou to Cindy, Jade and the AMH Group. Very helpful staff who explained the service outcome with ease.

I called into the dealership looking for a spare part for my Ford Focus. The receptionist was friendly & professional and even organised one of the staff to take me around to the spare parts office. Once there, Adele quickly identified the part, sourced it from Melbourne & it arrived 2 days later. When I went to pick it up, the customer service was the same - friendly, polite and very helpful. Highly recommended.
