Late call up for a washing machine for my mother. Significant price difference from online to in store. Betta went with the lower price and had it ready for pick up within 30 minutes. Assistance from Alex was excellent. So pleased to shop local with great customer service and competitive pricing.

Had a young man deliver a dishwasher to my 99 year old mother who has dementia - he was extremely helpful, kind & even offered to take away her old dishwasher. She has been nonstop talking about how nice he was all week.

Larrissa from Betta Home Living in Seymour has been an absolute star helping me furnish my house with all the appliances needed from fridge, oven, washing machine, TVs and the kettle! It all started with providing a list of what I wanted and she made it all happen for me, all over the phone and email. Due to the pandemic, I needed storage which Larrissa effortlessly organised. everything has now been delivered and paid for. I am so glad I chose to shop local, the service is worth it and they had what I wanted. Without a doubt, I highly recommend shopping at Betta in Seymour.

They had exactly what we wanted and were price competitive with the major Melbourne retailers. Friendly service. Kept to their promise of getting the fridge from their offsite storage within an hour.

I moved into a new place, but it had no dishwasher. I gave Seymour Betta Home living a call, and was very happy I did. Russell was very useful in helping me find what I was looking for. He went over what I needed and was looking for in a dishwasher as well as going over the dimensions of where it was going to be installed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in his products.I purchased my dishwasher, and Russell even delivered it to my house. I am very grateful for the support and help I received.
