I am a very happy customer.I had a very difficult pearl ring repair carried out perfectly. The cost was very fair and the owner went to great lengths to explain the procedure and what I could expect as an end result.I also had a pair of diamond earrings custom modified and the result was absolutely stunning.The owner, Zac, was very knowledgeable , professional and courteous and I would have no hesitation to recommend this jeweler to others.

Been here a few times and always had a couple issues with them. Number one, it’s really odd how they don’t always have a set price on the items. Every time you ask for the price the staff has to quickly go and ask their ‘boss’ as if it’s all just made up on the spot? They aren’t clear with policies when you make a purchase, they don’t let you know if you can return the item or not. I went in to return something and the lady who was working there was not even slightly welcoming at all. She had very bad customer service skills, didn’t greet us well and even when addressing an issue with her, she gave us answers with a lot of unnecessary attitude. She then just said “just speak to the boss”. The boss said he won’t be able to refund, even though the receipt does not say that. He didn’t even let us know when it was purchased that the item won’t be able to be refunded. You need to ensure you’re letting all customers aware of the exact refund policy of the item they’re purchasing, don’t expect them to just know what it is without informing upon purchase. You also need to train your staff on how to serve customers and be at least somewhat welcoming and helpful. They don’t have those skills at all. This place does rip you off.

Verve Jewellers is very welcoming and excellent customer service always look after the customers very well. I would recommend greatly to all my family and friends. Reasonable price with quality jewellers.

I was just browsing and went in to check. They have awesome collection of high end watches and beautiful jewellery. I bought the watch of Ferrari and very happy with quality. Also, their sales representative was very helpful and humble. I definitely recommend this shop for jewellery and watches.

Excellent jewelry and lovely people, I bought a diamond and ruby pendant and necklace for my partner. I wanted to change the stone to sapphire and they accommodated it beautifully. The chain I picked was too long and he was happy to exchange it for a nicer one. My partner bought me a beautiful ring and we are extremely happy with our new jewelry.
