The Original PC Doctor

First impressions were good with a prompt call from their contact centre and a same day appointment offered which was great as we needed an urgent repair. Had to pay a deposit for the call out in case we cancel the appointment which is fair enough. Unfortunately from there on it was a disaster. Technician did not show with no call to inform of delay. Followed up and was offered another time the next day. So rearranged schedules to be home and the Technician was a no show again. So 2 days later and having to chase them up every time I have to take the laptop somewhere else. Now to try and get the deposit back from them. If you are in Blackwood or surrounds best try someone else.

I wanted to turn my pc into wifi so rang to find out what this would entail & was in a hurry to get it done.The IT man arrived without the correct tools so had to borrow one from another technician.Plugged in a dongle the disk set it up and internet was achieved. Took him 15 min. Call out fee $90.00dongel $44. 00 his time at $15 per quarter hr $42.00 so he says it took him over half an hour. Did not! $176.00 for a dongel that I could have bought for $40.00 and activated myself.I am reasonably tech savvy but was not aware of the advances in the past 4 yrs.Would have been nice if he just told me what to do as I made it fully understandable what I required. I would have paid an extra $30 for the info. But I guess why should they care.Will never use them again.

Even though I live in a rural area the Original PC Doctor representative came the next day and very quickly had my laptop working again.Because my laptop is quite old and very slow I subsequently decided to get the Original PC Doctor to upgrade my hard drive. My laptop had to be taken away for this to happen but it was returned in less 24 hours with a new hard drive on which all my programs, apps and files had been reloaded.The Original PC Doctor representative was efficient and professional but also friendly and easy to talk to.I would ( and already have) recommend the Original PC Doctor to anyone looking for excellent service.

Very happy with the service provided by the Original PC Doc. Moudy is a great technician and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me with my PC issue and would highly recommend them to those seeking PC tech support!

David did an excellent job replacing the hard drives on our two computers. He was very friendly and went out of his way to set the computers up as they were before so that we as not so computer savvy people had no problems adjusting. He also sorted out some minor niggles along the way.Thank you David, we very much appreciateyour kindness and expertise.

David from PC Doctor helped me to log back into my email account on my iPhone 13 and MacBook Pro. He was on time and within 15 minutes I was receiving emails again.I can totally recommend David for such an efficient quick fix for my email problem.

David the technician was early for the appointment and was professional, friendly and had a genuine attitude to fixing my problem. He masterfully reactivated Windows 10 with updates and installed the manufacture’s updates and firmware. My whole experience with the PC Doctor from the initial call to Emil in the Call Centre to the successful outcome was seamless and stress free.

David from PC Doctor was fabulous. He transferred data from my old computer to a new one quickly and efficiently and easily resolved a couple of stumbling blocks.

Very swift and efficient. Emil (the technician sent out to fix it) did an excellent job. He managed to work through even the radio we have outside sputtering away. And he was here on the dot at 4 pm. I never did ask him what exactly was the cause of the problem, but his work ethic more than made up for it. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a problem with their laptop or computer. And the man on the phone who I booked the appointment with was very nice as well, managed to explain things quite clearly.
