I have been going to Glam Beauty Bar for over 6 years now and I can honestly say they are the friendliest and most professional team I have ever encountered in the beauty therapy industry. I have been seeing Bianca for eyelash extensions for years and am always so impressed by the quality of products she uses and how long a lash refill lasts. I also see both Bianca and Nicole for my waxing needs and have developed such a nice friendship with both of them over the years. I have had other treatments in the past such as massages, manicures and spray tans which I have not been disappointed with. I would highly recommend Glam Beauty Bar for all your Beauty Therapy needs.

Always feeling great after my facials here. Nicole does an amazing job every time, explains my treatment and makes sure I am always comfortable, listens to my skin concerns and gives me options to help address these. Bianca is also always helpful with information re treatments offered in clinic. Very easy to change appointments whenever I needed to as I have a busy sched. Love this place and I am very picky with who I trust with my face!

Always a pleasure to get my lashes done by Bianca, I get a 3 week refill of classics, conversations are always good and more importantly I leave feeling pretty because she does such a great job.

I’ve been going to glam beauty bar for a few years now but sad to say that I won’t be returning after the way I was treated. Although I was happy with the quality of treatments, their customer service is horrible. I made an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I had an evening appointment and called as soon as they opened that same day to let them know i was unable to make it. I understand they have a 24 hour cancellation policy but there would be no difference if I called the night before as it was an evening appointment. The first person I spoke to said it was fine but then Nicole called me later to say I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee. I told her I didn’t want to pay for a service I wasn’t receiving and so she proceeded to say she would charge it to my account so that a fee would be waiting for me on my next appointment. She was incredibly rude and I told her if I was going to be treated like that I wouldn’t return and she said that’s fine. Ive had multiple appointments there over the years and never cancelled until now but clearly they don’t value loyal customers or care if they lose any. I have previously recommended this salon to so many people but will now be warning them to steer clear!

I’m so glad I found Bianca and Glam Beauty since moving to Essendon. Exceptional service and high quality treatments are what I get every time I visit. I get regular lash extensions and have added derma-planing to my treatments and I can’t be happier with the outcomes. Thanks Bianca!

Bianca and the team are absolutely amazing ! Everytime I go in there are so professional and knowledgeable about any service I book. Chloe absolutely kills it with my lash extensions everytime. The spray tan I got for my baby shower was flawless and looked so natural. Couldn’t recommend the girls at Glam Beauty Bar enough and I can’t wait to book in more services in the future.
