My daughter has trained with the Alpha Unit coaches for a number of years now and she just loves the energy and motivation the coaches bring to each class. The team there are so passionate at what they do and it really says alot when your child looks forward to their next class. Highly recommend it.

I have been training with the owners of Alpha Unit for quite some years now, and currently at their new HQ. They are exceptional at what they do. You can tell the passion, love and motivation they have for not only the sport, but for their students as soon as you step into the room. Absolutely the BEST place to train and meet wonderful people - especially the trainers! 10/10.
