mickey she is very pretty. she does a wonderful job. I am very happy with my nails. She does it very quickly and gently. Beautiful and excellent shape. Prices are very affordable . good service . nice place. Will refer many friends

Customer service is terrible, they all look so miserable and they seem to hate their job, specially the owner, she is very rude.I've gone around 5 times only because it's close to where I live and convenient, but never again. They always rush it when they do my nails and they end up looking ugly anyways so no point on going back. Do not recommend this salon

If I could give you a zero, I would. I have been to this nail salon 4 times and every time has been a bad experience. I was told to wait for 10 minutes, even though I made a booking, and ended up waiting up to nearly an hour. I showed a photo of what I wanted and got the wrong colour. I am very self conscious of my nails (hence why I always get acrylics) and was told by the nail technician that I have baby nails and laughed. I told her that wasn’t funny and she just shrugged it off. Very disappointed, such a great location with horrible work values. I will make sure I steer everyone clear of this place and will not be returning…

Went for eyelash tint , not very happy staff the lady said all of two words to me but the tint job was good

I have given this place chance after chance no more chances...The people look depressing & the service is depressing.. The worst shop I have ever been to...rough slack & back to front! I paid $75 & they still have the cheek to surcharge me 75cRip off

Shocking.Overbooked, understaffed, rude, messy, rushed. It took 3 hours and 3 different technicians to manage to absolutely ruin my nails, resulting in having to take them all off, which the owner refused to refund me my money back in the end after she left me the way I came in but worse off.Do not go here. Worst I’ve ever seen.

Absolute joke of a place! Don't mean to offend anyone but just don't come here. Gave these guys two chances, because everyone can have a bad day and they are around the corner from my house, second time was even worse then the first. Pedicure was done with me having to constantly insist on my heels and thickened skin to be removed - done just barely. Made it very clear that I don't like foot massage, still proceeded with it and it wasn't pleasantly conducted at all. The colour would've been done better by a 10 year old child- uneven, not following the shape of the nail, tips not covered. Absolute disaster, waste of time and money!

This place is so horrible that it’s amusing. There were 3 staffers who all looked so confused and acted incredibly aggressive. I tried to ask about different colors for nail design and they completely snubbed me, rolling their eyes when I didn’t like a specific color. They wouldn’t serve me for over 30 minutes and when I finally spoke up they finally came over and that’s when I asked about the pricing. They ignored my questions about pricing and began talking amongst themselves in a different language. They first quoted me $80, then increased to $85. When I stated that last time I was there and being served by another lady (who no longer works there) she got defensive and immediately raised the price to $95. She then said I had to pay $10 extra for removing my previous nails even though I did that myself when waiting in the chair for so long. When I told her that, she said “I don’t care, you did here in the salon.” She then said if I don’t like the price, I can go find the other worker who left. (P.S if anyone knows Jade with the cute short hair then lmk) From that, I walked out and will never return.

Some of the ladies give a great foot massage with the pedicure. Not all do a good job on nails though. But I do come here as my regular.
