Jacqui and team relocated our family across the globe during the current COVID pandemic. She managed to get us a fantastic house in a really tight Perth housing market and helped set up the house so we were able to come out of quarantine into a beautiful home.Couldn't be happier with the service.

Excellent experience with Jacqui. Made the big move during COVID realestate nightmare from London. Having been brand new in town, did not know even know which suburb we should be looking into. She was forever helpful and professional. She went to view the property, led us through the paperwork required and we managed to secure our first choice property in ideal location very close to work and great childcare. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend her to reduce stress in relocation.

I wasn't sure what to expect from engaging a relocation consultant - but Jacqui was brilliant with helping in our relocation (from NZ). Super friendly with great advice about schools and living in Perth. Jacqui helped us immensely getting a great rental in a very tight market.Highly recommended:)

Jacqui helped us move from Adelaide to Perth and really helped us out of a jam. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to find a rental home within a very short timeframe, in a specific location, that allowed for pets, and within a budget. Jacqui went out of her way to ensure we had a new home to move into prior to our arrival. Without her services our interstate move would have been incredibly stressful and drawn out. She was relentless in pursuing details and third party agents, and ensuring we had a home that suited our needs. We'd recommend her any day!

Very friendly and responsive, she worked with us to find a place to suit our needs in a great neighbourhood. Their online portal made it easy to view and add properties and leave comments to fine tune their search.

Moving interstate from Melbourne to Perth, in the shadow of Covid, can be a stressful and difficult experience.However Jacqui's professionalism and customer focus, coupled with her local knowledge, and experience of the Perth real estate market, ensured that we quickly, found the right rental property, in our preferred location, and within our budget.We were also kept well in formed with good communications throughout the whole process.The overall serviced provided, in securing our rental property certainly reduced the anxiety and stress in what was a tight market for new tenants.

We are new in town". Finding a suitable rental home when the vacancy rate was under 1% was VERY difficult. Jacqui used all the tricks in her playbook to find us a great new home. She was supportive and lent encouragement when we badly needed it. She is hugely client-focused and anticipated our needs.
