The lady behind the counter is argumentative, as I called up and asked out of them if they had an item got toldOver the phone they had the tool, then when I drove 20min it’s to get to pick up tool apparently it didn’t exist. Then proceeded to argue who I would want a tool that didn’t exist.

2nd time using Reece. This time I had the slider unit on our shower broke off. Fortunately I had the details of the shower slider. Saw Ivo De Freitas at Waverley, who took the details from me, and promised me to ring back. I barely returned back home, he had spoken to the manufacturer, able to source the part and price. Within a couple of days, Ivo contacted me the item had arrived. He gave me some clues as to what to do to take the shower rail off the wall and replace with the new slider.Excellent customer service. Both times using Reece, I have had excellent Customer Service. Well done.
