I would just like to say Great service friendly, professional,pain free (hip pocket as well!!) that I received from the LOCAL Carnarvon Dentist. I had been there before and been very Dissatisfied from the previous dentist and had to travel to Gero. Not anymore please give Dr. Anshika ago before like me going out of town, I think you will like her!!.

I do not like going to the dentist (who does ?) visiting Carnarvon for our annual 3 month visit to get away from the cold weather I unfortunately broke two of my teeth, I searched the internet for dentists in Carnarvon and came across Dr Anshika Nigam of Carnarvon Dental Centre.Having visited quite a few dentists over the years I reckon I know a good dentist when I meet them.Dr. Nigham in my opinion is as good a dentist that I have used over my time, she is efficient, her equipment is the latest and best of all she is relatively pain free, she is also connected to HBF which in my case important..I wish her all the best in her business.

Suffering for 2 weeks with upper and lower impacted wisdom teeth, no sleep and waking every 3hrs to eat a hand full of pills to numb the pain just long enough to chance some sleep before another 12 hr shift begins.I suffered until I couldn't bear it anymore. The only local town and dentist being in Carnarvon 6.5 hrs' drive from the isolated mine camp I was working at. I needed help, and she understood, Not only did this wonderful woman organise an appointment the next day for me, she made every effort to accommodate my situation, this lady is so polite and humble you feel like an old friend, not once did I feel pain or feel uncomfortable throughout both of the extractions, with the cost of her experience and skills only a fraction of the greedy grubs in Perth, she is most likely the best honest dentist I have met so far in Australia; I had little to no pain after surgery and the following days after, there is no exception to how good she is.I will travel any distance just to have her as my dentist from now on.Thank you for the great care and giving such an honest professional experience,I can finally get a proper sleep!

It's amazing how my negative feed back has been deleted! How many other negative feedbacks have been deleted!This is the most unprofessional dentist i have ever set foot in! I do not recommend!

I can highly recommend All In One Dental - Carnarvon Dental Clinic. As a visitor, I was unsure of the dental services in the town. I am so so grateful to Dr Anshika for her care and expertise in assisting me with a dental emergency. Her calm and gentle manner, as well as her very professional dental skills, all helped to allay my anxiety, pain and discomfort so that I could continue my holiday travels with my husband.

Dr Nigam and her team are great. I broke a tooth and needed treatment asap. Not only did they squeeze me in after hours to attend to my dental work, I am delighted with the outcome. Dr Nigam has a gentle but confident touch. I am only travelling through the area but Gasgoyne folk are very lucky indeed to have such a caring and competent dentist. Fees are very reasonable.

The Staff here are exemplary, going above and beyond to make a gracious, professional and welcoming experience.Could not recommend them highly enough.

My husband called and made a appointment for 9.30am. He arrived and the office was closed. He waited around for half an hour and still no-one. He has a broken tooth and can't eat so continued to call the dentist to no avail. Extremely bad service and totally unprofessional.

I have had excellent pain free and caring treatment from Haley and her nurses. She has removed 5 teeth that were broken and replaced them with dentures. No pain all gain.
