I had my Acer laptop checked by the guys at Hanu Computers. I had a battery problem that made a fool of me and fixed itself as I showed them the problem. But they were very professional and checked it over. I had it back the next day and they were great with contacting me.

I have been a customer of Hanu Computers for 10 years, and as a female I have been very happy to call Nishu to my house to fix and update my computer, software and install my new printer. I recommend Hanu Computers they are cost efficient, and provide an excellent service at a reasonable price and also give good advice.

Been to many computer repair shops in my time and this is the best in Adelaide.They know what they're on about and through repeat visits (and comparing their services to others) I can tell you straight up that they can be trusted with what they say. To me this is really important in services where you basically have to believe what is told to you about the problem.Whether it's been problems with hard drives, cracked screens, software issues; it's always been fixed quickly and most importantly is affordable. Even had an MAC screen replaced (with an official product) at half the price that Apple would have charged.You're told straight up what the problem is and the different options to fix it. You're not just told the expensive option!Wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them for any computer / laptop / tablet repairs.

I went to see these guys at Hanu Computers due to issues I was having with my Alienware. They not only did they found a solution to my problem after spending many hours (10+) working on my computer which was not cooperating, but they only charged by for a fraction of the time. They also offered heaps of advice and options moving forward. Some of the best customer service I have had in many years, as such I would highly recommend them to any person have issues with their PC.

Needed a screw for my new drive, man was super nice and provided me with 2 screws in case one wasn't fitted for my specific drive. Really helpful!

Shop front is hardly ever open. Telephone service does not have a voice message and you can leave as many message on the mobile voice mail, but that won't help you either.And you will only find this out after you have left your computer there for a repair, that was meant to take a couple of days but you haven't heard anything for a week and a half!Oh yes, and don't dare mention it to the owner, because all he will want to do is argue with you about how good he and his service is and how wrong you are! Even when he is blatantly wrong!!!And no, he did not explain anything to me about covid at the time! So not even able to own mistake on here!
