The workers could very well be nice, however, I will never get the chance to meet them as the prices are always 15-20c higher than anywhere else

I'm in this shop every day and all off the workers are so lovely.. ( I don't no how anyone could right such horrible comments about somes workers there ... So if haven't got anything nice to say KEEP IT TO YOURSELF... Thanks Coles workers for being so helpful..

Chris needs training in customer service. She was rude for absolutely no reason then tried to pass it of as a joke. When we called to ask her name and her reason for being rude she was argumentative and gave no apology for her attitude.

You really need to lift your game I live locally and have seen your petrol prices always above everyone else , you are first to raise and last to drop and never the full amount others are doing. I will not visit your servo again until you conform and stop RIPPING EVERYONE OFF.

Everybody is great, but the one guy with those stretchers in his ears and no hair needs to lighten up. It's been about 4 months since he's worked there and I'm greeted again and again with the worst service ever. The blokes barely talks let alone has a smile on his face. Will be taking it further.

The worker Meg is so rude. Gave us a dirty look when we asked to use her bathroom and there was a trolley in the way and we asked her to move it but she rolled her eyes. When we purchased our stuff we said thank you and she didn’t say anything back. Meg should probably get a talk to :/ horrible service from her
