These guys are great, came here on a Sunday afternoon (21/05) and these guys did a efficient and quick job changing my lights and wiper in my car, as a delivery driver that works with my car and don’t know anything about cars, they put me back in the road to continue working in less than 10 minutes.Hope the owner or manager see this message and pass it on to the employees.

Staff were very helpful and let me exchange a windscreen sunshade after I discovered it didn't fit my car.

Super friendly staff that helped me out so so much. My battery was completely shot and had to get my car push started to drive to the store. I called the store from my car and they came out to me and had a look and which battery was needed for my car. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock but wrote down the ones that I needed to show to the next car place. Although I didn’t buy anything from them, had a wonderful experience so thank you!

Went in to buy brackets/housing for the head unit. So, swapping old stereo for a new one. I was assured it will fit". $80 plus later

Absolutely amazing service. Went in with a broken subwoofer and the people that helped me were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They completely made my day and I will 100% be coming back for anything else I need. Extra mention for the gentleman that installed my new one, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness.

I need some matte black hood vinyl wrap and the website claimed that Cannon hill store has one in stock. Just in case, I called the store to make sure, and have it put aside for me.I drove 45 minutes to the store to collect the order, only to be told that it wasnt actually in stock at all, so my phone call was a waste of time, just like my 45 minute drive.I did need some wrap so I purchased the 1.52x1.52 carbon fibre wrap from the shop floor and drove home.When I arrived home ready to apply the wrap, I noticed the box had been previously opened then taped back together and the wrap I bought was in 3 pieces cut up - completely unusable as a hood wrap.Upon calling the store they tell me they cant do anything except make me waste even more of my time by going back to an Autobarn store to get a refund.What is going on with Autobarn. Probably the most incompetent service I've had in years.

I got 2ch dashcam and b 124x battery installation on Mercedes eclass a year ago. It was $250 for the service and took 2.5hours. I am so happy to choose Autobarn cannon hill and the result. It works perfectly, zero noise and the service fee was good.

Extremely poor customer service, before sale and after sale. I purchased a complete audio system, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofer and head unit based on autobahns advice. I do not have any knowledge about car audio and did not grab these items randomly from the shelf as the store manager suggested. Turns out the amplifier sold to me is undersized for the subwoofer and underperformed by providing only the faintest of sounds. These items were purchased a year and a half ago and being for a project car only just got installed in the last week. The only opportunity to exchange this item would be within the first two weeks. The 12 month warranty does not apply as there is no fault with the item. The fault is with Autobahn and it’s advice. The store manager tried to push this back onto kicker to replace rather than take responsibility. He said kicker just laughed at him. I even foolishly paid for another amplifier from them that could do the job expecting Autobahn to do the right thing. I said to the young store manager that I cannot understand why autobahn would want an unhappy customer when it is so easy to accept responsibility and fix. Why would they prefer me to make a negative review and never to come back. His reply to that was it is clear that I won’t come back and that he would just get my negative review taken down. Well good luck with that!I would not recommend anyone buying from this store based on their advice. They do not know their product, It cost me money where it should of been the other way around!
