Eastern Pool Care

Sam was recommended to me by the person who installed our pool system. He came out for a single visit, was very friendly and spent a long time taking pool details and my details (including gate code access) and we agreed to ongoing regular pool maintenance. I paid his initial visit bill of $325 promptly. Sam never returned for the ongoing maintenance. He did not reply to phone calls or text messages when I asked about the regular maintenance. Eventually, I received a single text message to say he was fully subscribed. Similarly when I texted to request phone advice or other contacts that could help he completely failed to reply.
