Albury Gardens Tourist Park

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely filthy doesn't look like it had been cleaned for months, on paying $180 for one night, we told the owners and she said she will get onto it and have a talk to the cleaners, not blaming the owners I'm blaming the cleaners.

Close enough to CBD. Shell servo nearby. Receptionist was friendly. Site is big, facility is clean. Quite camp site. Amenity clean. People staying half of them 55'+ are quite. What more do I need? I would happily stay again.

Not even worth the one star rating, when my partner and I first got to the reception the receptionist was not welcoming at all and was a little bit rude. We got our key and headed to our cabin, the gutters were quite high and our cabin was filthy. There was dirt, stains and dead bugs all over the floor, the curtains were stained and were falling off the rods/hooks, the walls were covered in dust, our utensils were dirty (cutlery) and the bowls/plates were oily and had dried up bits of food stuck to them, the toaster was not clean, the provided shampoo/conditioner was empty, the shower would run out of hot water after 2 minutes of being in there, the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable to the point where I barely slept and so many bugs (mainly cockroaches) were getting in constantly from who knows where. The website said there was wifi available yet we were unable to connect to it and the park is located in an industrial area about 8kms from town. The price we paid to stay somewhere like this was ridiculous. Safe to say I will not be staying here ever again. And don’t say I haven’t stayed here, it was booked under my partner’s name not mine.

This tourist park is not even worth 1 star. I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who stayed here with her two young children. When my sister checked in, the receptionist staff were really rude and not welcoming what so ever. My sister grabbed her key early in the afternoon, however, did not go to her cottage until late into the night. The beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point my sister did not get any sleep. She woke up in the morning to realise the cottage walls were disgusting and covered in blood. Additionally, NO one had cleaned the walls, floors or amenities (kettle/Microwave). My sister had payed over $300 for 2 nights so for that amount of money the cottage needed to be clean. My sister was really understanding and nice and spoke with the receptionist and manager to try and get a discounted price for the rooms, however, both staff and manager were extremely rude. They refunded her for the night she didn't even stay and kicked her and her 2 children aged (2 years and 1 year old) out of the accomodation with no where to stay. I believe they needed to refund her the entire amount. I would not recommend this accomodation to anyone in Albury/Wodonga.

On the north side of Lavington appears to have mostly drive thru sites. Amenities are clean. Good value.

Nice quiet spot. We were late checking in and early start the next morning so didn't speak to managers personally. There was no hot water in amenities for showers but when I rang later to advise Fiona was very apologetic and said issue had been addressed.

Stayed one night with our family and dog. Cabins despite being dated had up to date facilities (new air con/heating), appliances etc. Everything was neat and tidy and the general appearance of the park was nice!The only thing that would make it more accommodating would be a few more kids playground features (at least a swing set wouldn't go astray), however the staff were really friendly and offered to set up some activities for the kids!Locality is good, tucked away from the highway so no road noise etc.

Its a really nice place does run next to wagga wagga road but it is shielded by trees so it is quiet ...plenty space good for dogs and does have dog friendly cabins here too ..it is a little bit out of albury

One of the best places I've stayed. Great cabins and staff is always so helpful. 10 out of 10
