Had a Ninestars DZT-50-13R that I bought from Costco years back which is a good product, but unfortunately broke the lid. Couldn't find this on sale aside from eBay until I stumbled on the Nine Stars Australia side and ended up buying the wrong product. Contacted service and about the differences between what I had and what I bought and Acacia promptly helped with my enquiry. Had issues delivering to an AustPost Parcel Collect address I supplied and they were apologetic about the delivery issue, despite it being out of their hands, and was eventually delivered to an alternate address the next day. Highly recommended for selling a good product and the best part is the service.

Highly recommend! Recently purchased the 70L dual compartment bin. The customer service was great - really responsive and quick delivery. The bin is absolutely fantastic, and I totally don't regret paying more for the motion sensor - it's so convenient when you're in the middle of baking or cooking, and so much more hygenic.

I ordered the Nine Stars 50 Litre Sensor Bin which arrived in a very short amount of time. Assembling the unit took little to no effort and I was able to instantly use it as it came with batteries, even though it states that they weren’t included in the offer. I’ve had the bin for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

Awesome trashcan! The touchless feature is perfect for when I am cooking or baking and my hands might have flour on them or something as I am throwing rubbish away. The 50 L is definitely worth the price and suits my smaller kitchen perfectly. The lid keeps the smells in the bin effectively.

Decided to replace our 2 rubbish bins for a combined one with a recycling compartment in our kitchen, after extensive research and reading reviews, I went to the showroom in Campbellfield to check out the Nine Stars range. The team there were extremely helpful and the 70 L one ticked all the boxes! I picked one up on the spot and they even threw in some free batteries. Couldn’t be happier!

Highly recommend products from Nine Stars! My favourite is the dual bin which splits between general waste and recycling. It is best for the kitchen and has been really helpful in sorting out all the garbage! The bins arrived very quickly and the team kept me updated on estimated delivery times. There are so many dodgy wastebins out there so I looked around and this has not disappointed one bit. Got the 50L sensor model and works a treat, I dont have to clean it all the time, it does a good job stopping nappy smells coming out and looks good as well. Seemless purchase and delivery, I would definitely recommend ninestars
