Peninsula Kia

I would have given a zero if I could! They are one of the horrible dealerships one can think of. Times are in their favour but these times will pass and then everyone will remember you only for all the wrong reasons mate.I spoke to a gentleman (so called) who chose to say straight to me, even before I could ask him the whole thing, that you are ringing all the Kia dealers but the answer will be the same about the waiting list on Kia Sorento GT-Line - clearly judging me without a basis. The fact was it was my first call to prospect availability. To let him know again, as I did during the phone call, that cancellations and the unforeseen do happen and I have seen people being there just at the right time to get the car without too much wait at all. My advice will be to not judge people and be genuine.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very helpful. Only spent a short time in the very comfortable waiting area.

Book well in advance, but we'll worth it, very nice friendly staff. Also put patient with very chatty old ladies.
