Laura@yabonza has been the best agent I’ve ever dealt with! Like going out of her way to help me with my car spot, getting extra keys and checking in to make sure I’m comfortable all the time. I’m very pleased with all of her efforts!! I’d say she deserves a promotion but I wouldn’t want to give her away for any other agent. Thanks Laura!

Kellie McLeod has been our property manager for many years and has done an amazing job. She gave very good recommendations on new tenants and set standards that they complied with. Tenancy occupation was excellent. Repairs were arranged on a timely basis. As owners, we were fortunate to have Kellie managing our property

We started renting our house from InvestRent in the beginning of September 2022. We have rented previously through other management companies, and we have always had problems with the lack of communication and follow-up on maintenance requests. Whilst with these other property management companies we felt like there was no importance" with our requests. One request being that the dishwasher was consistently leaking each time we used it

As a renter of a property InvestRent look after, I would hands down NOT recommend a single owner to ever engage in their services, or should we say lack of!!Their communication is appalling, we have had numerous property managers leave the company without telling us and therefore having no one to contact.They never answer their phone calls when you need to discuss things.Repairs are drawn out and take forever to be approved, if even approved.Chris is away with the fairies and is the hardest person to talk to.Kirsty is rude!Larissa in reception is about the only good thing about the company but even she can only help you to a certain point before a property manager needs to take over.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Unable to get an inspection time correct on an advert, and when told it wasn't fixed. Told the person at the property I wasn't interested yet still got another email from them. Asked to unsubscribe - told it was done, yet another email & message from the company. These are the basics, how could anyone trust their property with these people!?

Having moved up to Northern NSW from Melbourne, InvestRent have simply been so great to deal with. The communication and friendliness of the staff at every point of the rental process has been spot on. Chris in reception was amazingly helpful and had great communication during the application process. Since moving into our rental property, Krystal has been very quick to help us fix a couple of minor maintenance issues and we couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service.

We purchased a property that was managed by InvestRent property management at Tweed HeadsWe have had appalling service from this company. They failed to return calls they refused to cooperate. They have failed to pass on the keys, rental funds, and bond information to us as the new owners. They refused to provide any information about the appliances or maintenance that has been requested or completed at the property. The exit clean substandard and the real estate for the vendors ended up having to clean up after the exiting tenant.The hot water system was faulty and should have been easily repairable under the warranty but this was not addressed. The exiting tenant has been putting up with almost no hot water and nothing had ever been done to rectify the situation. No information would be forwarded to us in spite of several calls to the managers. No personal information was requested by us, just maintenance information .The InvestRent level of service and professionalism is non-existent and I would not recommend anybody ever place their property in these people’s hands.The smoke alarms are either broken or missing, faulty wiring, and no gas compliance checks or certification. I don't know how these people are in business. No regard for safety of the tenant at all.They only get one star because it’s not possible to leave zero.

I have been fortunate to have Leisha Newton of Investrent as my property manager for the past nearly 7 years, and throughout that time she was the epitome of pleasant and professional. Despite many unforeseen and stressful issues with the property arising over the years, Leisha was always prompt and effective with her assistance, and I always felt that our relationship with her as tenants was far more like a team than the adversarial relationships that I often hear about from other renters.I feel very grateful to have had such a positive experience as a tenant with Investrent, and I believe I owe a large part of that gratitude to Leisha, for her consistent kindness and competency over the last 7 years. I can only hope that my experiences with my next property manager can follow the same trajectory.Brendan W

Never understood how totally incompetent people find their way into a pretty important job: managing housing.In the past, I've rented through professional, respectful companies who follow protocol and are fair between owner and renter. I have nothing against renting as a body.But InvestRent are easily the worst agency I've had the displeasure of dealing with as a renter.They go through property managers like no other and don’t tell us. And they’ve all lacked tact, communication skills, and professionalism.We’ve had maintenance requests denied for no logical reason.We’ve been accused of not paying rent only for them to finally admit it was an admin issue on their end.We’ve had 3 routine inspections scheduled, and every single time they miraculously realise on the day that they don’t have keys to our apartment for some odd reason.Never any apologies, but they will bluntly tell us that we need to be there for the next inspection to let them in or that we should get keys cut for them. Seems odd to ask your tenants to run around and do your job for you.Found out they use an external company to do inspections, so I’m confused as to what their actual responsibilities are?The one occasion where they claimed they did have keys, they didn’t show up. And said that “their guy is running late and he’ll be there soon but not sure where he is”.Entering a premises outside of the stated time isn’t exactly correct but they didn’t seem too worried about any implications.If you find yourself having to rent from this company, I hope you get a competent property manager. But in the high chance you don’t, know your grounds as a tenant.
