The building and pest report we received was the most detailed we’ve ever obtained from an inspection. Dan was very honest about the home we are purchasing and gave us advice and contacts who we can get in touch with for repairs & maintenance. We thought it was a very thorough job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED; Amazing business, very professional! Daniel completed a property and pest inspection for a property the very next day after contacting him. The communication was excellent and Daniel was very transparent. The inspection was booked promptly with a report following soon after. I also received a phone call saying it was completed. He called me as well as emailing the report just to go over things mentioned, it put my mind at ease and I ended up purchasing my first home! Dan is by far the best. As first home buyers he made us feel at ease. He is friendly and approachable. He gets back to you quickly, and went above and beyond with his pest and building inspection. He also takes photos and had diagrams to show you points which is very helpful. Would highly recommend.
