100% best pest control company out there.So friendly, extremely efficient at getting back to you, great advice and knowledge on all kinds of pests. Used them at my apartment for German cockroaches and they all died and never came back. Success!!Thank you for making this scary, gross process so pleasant!!

Very professional in service and phone communication. The pest Technician Sid was great to work with and explained in detail what the pest control service entailed. Had all cockroaches eradicated after 1st visit and the company followed up 6 weeks later to ensure service was to satisfaction. A very pleasant experience and have already booked in for another treatment 6 months later.

I went with the general pest control service. John was amazing. He arrived early. He explained the treatment thoroughly before he started. After the treatment, he explained what would happen and what I should do. He is very friendly as well. I am happy with the service :)

This company did a professional job at the time and appreciate the work as it resolved my issueHowever they have a very aggressive follow up policy, which has included countless phone calls, unsolicited texts and emails.I asked to be no longer contacted by their aggressive sales teams on numerous occasions as I had found an alternative contractor for the future but they still continue to send messages such as 'you're over due for an inspection' or 'you were scheduled to do pest control', which was not the case.In short, they're good if you need something done, but be prepared for continual pressure to book in more services down the line

Very impressed with Pest Control Sydney.As arranged, Alex arrived at 7am on the dot (maybe even a few minutes early). Not only was he super friendly, engaging and professional but he took the time to explain each step of the pest control process.He was very thorough with his work and was considerate of both our needs, as well as our neighbours'.I would not hesitate to recommend him, and in fact I have already recommended him to our friends down the street.I think we’ve found our go-to man for our pest control needs!
