Louise was extremely helpful in assisting me (as a newbie) to design my verandah and assist me with the council regulations and associated paperwork. Her response to my queries were timely and if I ever had questions Louise was able to answer them allaying any concerns I had in preparation for the build. Highly recommend her and would use her expertise again in the future.
