Australia Post - Holland Park LPO

Staff members are very unhelpful and rude! They do not respect people's turn in a queue and do everything they can to turn you away.

The service is great and staffs are very friendly :)

Manager is stone cold rude. So I presented my ID & startrack collection card to the Manager, the Manager rudely refused to sign over my Telstra parcel due to a mysterious ID number I had no knowledge or record of, so, he rudely told me he would send my parcel back to Telstra and that I will need to arrange with Telstra to have my parcel sent back to me (from Vic to Qld) . I decided to call Telstra while in this post office, after spending roughly 25 mins on the call to Telstra, Telstra was also unaware of this mysterious ID number. I then contacted the Australia Post complaints hotline, I explained the situation to the lovely Australia Post agent, this agent advised that a startrack collection card and photo ID is all the post office manager requires, agent put me on hold, called the manager at this post office to dicuss the situation. After waiting on hold the lovely agent advised me it was fine to return to this post office, handover my ID and startrack card to collect my parcel. I returned to this post office and was able to collect my parcel. I will avoid this outlet in future.

Manager/owner is nothing short of rude. The whole store is unreliable and does not actually post your parcels the day they receive. Don’t waste time and go somewhere else.

Mixed customer service - was recently not told that there are cheaper options to post items and ended up paying more using my own packaging (a recycled online shopping bag), rather than Aus post satchel. The store is dark, always warm and not very nice to be in - needs an update

Rude staff, dated, untidy store, often looks more like a disorganised kids bedroom than a post office. Store owners obviously don't care.

The staff here are RUDE, customer service is negligible at best.The shop is a hovel, packing boxes are everywhere it is dimly light, very similar to an old warehouse.

My parcel was taken by this postal office after a failed delivery even though my address is in Tarragindi, they don't check what parcels they receive and same with the driver doesn't check what parcels he's talking with him to the wrong postal office location.

The employees of this post office are always rude. They are not kind or courteous when asking questions. Incredibly poor customer service. I wish my parcels could be delivered to the Greenslopes post office instead as these people always leave me feeling annoyed, frustrated and uncomfortable.

Do not recommend. Store is fine to collect parcels and there is a post box. Prices are very expensive compared to other Aus Post outlets and staff not helpful.
