Very dissatisfied customer as we phoned on Friday 30 th Dec and Saturday 31st to confirm this shop would be open Sunday 1 st Jan as we had confirmed they stocked specific shoes my 10 month old grandson required by a pediatrist. Only to travel 2.5 hours to find them closed. Not happy as my Grandson is from WA visiting and this trip arranged specifically for his recommendation from a specialist for his feet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with being told by staff they would be open only to find they had lied and were not open.Julie MinsterColac Vic

Great service when I went in recently to purchase my first ever ‘new’ pair of Dr Martens boots. Whilst I knew this store stocked Dr Martens… I really didn’t expect them to have in stock the particular boots I was after, let alone my size. Given I’d been wearing pre loved Docs for many years, I had no idea what size I was after but the first pair I was given to try on were perfect fit.It should also be noted the boots were $20 cheaper than ALL the shoe stores in Geelong and there was no sale on at the time either!

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.Waited 5 minutes while being totally ignored by the attendant.I was the only customer in the shop

Rang twice to ensure they were open New Year’s Day was told yes definitely open drove 2 hours to get there to find it closed.Poor service

Had the best experience recently at Mudges shoes. I like to shop locally wherever I can. I went in last minute the day before my husband's isolation 40th birthday. I wanted a pair of boots that they didn't have at the shop in the colour I wanted. Marcus the shop assistant called the other shop in Geelong and the owner was later going to be coming to the OG shop. They also had a promo on and I got 20% discount, bonus. It was after hours when the boots arrived in which had already been discussed earlier so Marcus hand delivered them to my door. What a service. Thanks so much. You made an already strange birthday into a much happier one with your extremely kind customer service. Well done guys.
