Leanne was really helpful usually find bedding salespeople pushy a little to gopd at their job but she took her time she was professional and we went back because she did her job well and didn't go for the hard sell. Highly recommended

Spent $1600 on a Serta mattress, was great for a few months then developed sink holes where we slept.Forty Winks said that's normal and it will be costly to send it back to test for excessive sinkage.We both had sore backs from the Serta mattress, so bought a Koala mattress for the same price. Its been great for over a year now!

We bought a custom made bed, 3 bedsides and a dresser and our overall experience at Forty Winks Kotara truly exceeded all of our expectations and it all wouldn’t have happened without the amazing help and service from Jacqui.I can be a very hard person to please when it comes to customer service, product quality and value for money and I genuinely rate Forty Winks Kotara 10/10.Our money was definitely well spent on a great quality product and enjoyable shopping experience.We had a couple of hiccups but were handled very well by the team and resolved almost instantly by the store manager Jack, the delivery men, Jacqui and Diane.When we are in need of new bedroom furniture we are without a doubt coming back to Forty Winks Kotara.

We looked around at nearly every Bedding shop in Newcastle before heading back to the place we went first... 40 winks Kotara. We found the range of beds and mattresses was better then the others. Pricing and styles to suit everyone. The staff on the day were brilliant and their guys that came to deliver and set the bed up were clean ,respectable, super friendly and left no mess. Communication from the day we ordered bed until the day it was delivered was second to none !!! We will be back !!!

Outstanding customer service from this store. The manager Jack, went out of his way to help us with a bed that we had trouble with after delivery. I would recommend anyone buying a bed to consider these guys.

Nice stuff, and helpful staff.Unlike their opposition it was problematic(costly) to order from kotara and have delivered out of port Macquarie. We got free delivery from omf at Gateshead to port Macquarie because they could leverage off their port macq outlet.
