Waste of time. Called after putting through an enquiry. Asked what price I was after. Gave price a competitor had given, which was already 5k under market value. Wasted time asking for photos, to offer a further 5k less and thought having it paid by the weekend was enough to get the deal done. Shop around, plenty of better operators out there. Lowest quote I received comfortably.

Be cautious with this company - had agreed on a price which was re-negotiated and accepted. The sales rep then back-flipped on the figure agreed on because his boss" change his mind. I am sure for most vehicle sellers the process will be smooth

I’m still in disbelief the process was so easy. I was offered a very fair price for my car, money was in the account the day after it was inspected (which they sent someone to me) and then they picked up the car.No effort on my behalf at all and everyone I spoke to was so nice. I delt with Laura and she was fantastic. I would rate more stars if I could. My husband and I thought it could be a scam at first, you know to good to be true but it was all legit and smooth transition

Someone named Tanya contacted and offered me a price which I did not accept and I genuinely mentioned the prices offered me, car conditions. However, s/he took a mean, rude attitude toward myself and said do not wait for more money, sell while she was gently supposed to say no or good luck. However, s/he tried her worst attitude.Well done for having such great rude staff members and holding them to have such attitude towards people.If you are not happy to communicate with people, then do not contact and disturb them.

Easy and honorable to deal with the Company offered a good price, sent an agent to inspect the car the same day, contract was then forwarded with in the hour and upon signing (DocuSign) the funds were transferred. The car was collected within 48 hours. The process was very clear and they made the transaction easy. Would sell my car again this way, not waiting for people and then them not showing up, no haggling, no road worthy required and all who I dealt with were professional and friendly. A real pleasure. Have sold 4 cars now through SYCF and they are very open and great with communication. Yes, they don't give you as much as the retail price but they give a much better price than trade-in. And the process is super quick and money in the account long before they pick up the car. Laura was especially helpful with the last 2 cars. Highly recommend if you want to sell your car and are looking to trade it in.
