We were lucky to get a last minute appointment for my teenage son who needed a trim before launching into school work experience. They trimmed to the style he had previously and the price of the trim was in an acceptable range. Good customer service at this local establishment. Happy with the result for my son.

Would highly recommend, friendly staff with a very professional attitude, always made feel welcome. Been numerous times and always walk out with a fresh hair feel.

Will not return. Hair is beyond repair will have to grow it out. Very dissapointed the layers are too short and bowl shaped with massive chunks of hair cut off in a straight line. I could not have cut it this bad myself.

One of the worst places to go as they will not admit to making mistakes. Only half hearted attempts to rectify snapped off hair due to over bleaching or poor quality hair cuts. Seriously, take your business elsewhere as they have atrocious customer service practices and are extremely arrogant.

My hair started falling out after cancer treatment, so I decided to have a cut and style. They were kind enough to get me in two days after I called, and the stylist was so sweet during the session. Love the new do!!!
