They are pretty bad! I had a horrible experience with them. I paid my invoice on the spot. They keep on sending other invoices. Then they admit inadvertently created a duplicate invoice. And send it to debt collection agency. I would never use them again. Horrible experience.

We communicated with the Geekmobike BEFORE they came that they would need equipment such as monitor cabling to fault find why the external monitor of the SurfaceBook would not achieve full res. They showed up with no equipment at all. The tech had no idea what to do other than go in to the settings to see what resolution it was set to. Didn’t even know how to update or check drivers to make sure they were up to date. Then wanted to charge for it. Completely incompetent. I ring a remote IT service next who fixed it without even coming on site within 15 mins.

Dishonest and unprofessional rip off merchants! Made the problem worse yet they still want payment. Techncian had no idea what he was doing and the management are very dodgy! Currently resolving the matter through fair trading! Unless you like being ripped off and scammed for payment and threatened stay right away!

DO NOT USE!!!! Rang and booked in someone to come and look at laptop. The guy didn't turn up! When I spoke to him he didn't even have the details of the error messages etc that I gave upon booking. Over the phone he told me it would cost $250 to repair. Asked for quote to be emailed. nothing received. Oh and then they sent me an invoice with the description issue resolved". HA HA totally unprofessional!!!!!!!!"

Their computer technician was very knowledgeable and eager to help and answered all my questions. At no time did we feel rushed due to our lack of knowledge on computers. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in the near future.
