I have been a client of Wilson Pateras for over 8 years and have found them to be highly professional and competent but at the same time provide a friendly personal relationship. They provide accounting services for my wife and me, my business and my super fund. They also provide bookkeeping services for my business. Even under the pressure of Covid my requests are met in a timely manner and they are prepared to go the extra mile with the service they provide.The company also plays a proactive role for its clients by providing regular updates of changes to the rules and prior to Covid, seminars and breakfast presentations to assist clients with running their businesses and understanding the economic climate.I can recommend the firm without hesitation.

Horribly overpriced and don’t really care about their customers. Having started my first business and using the supposed expertise of a “reputable accounting company” they failed to mention I could claim certain credits. When they went and fixed their error I was charged extra. Also fees of $3000 to do a return for a small start up business which had an income a little over double that is disgusting after having forked out almost $5000 for the first return. Take your business elsewhere like I have is my advice.

Brett was recommended to us when we were looking for a broker who could think outside the box to help us secure a loan and we have been extremely satisfied and grateful for Brett's guidance and assistance from day one. He is prompt in his responses, empathetic, super helpful, pragmatic. All in all, he is an overall super nice guy who knows what he is doing and knows it very well. No messing around, straight to the point and gets the job done. A+++ I am definitely recommending Brett to anyone who is looking for a broker. He is the BEST!

Wilson Pateras brands itself as a boutique company, and it really is just that - a boutique company more interested in its own brand image. The whole company becomes a self-serving machine, not focused on clients. We've experienced no returned or acknowledged emails or follow up calls several times. Several administrative services are out sourced to their third party subcontractors, and you always get the feeling that everyone is just too busy. They have a very annoying automated email system of contacting you for either unrelated topics, making you feel their service is impersonal, and/or chasing you for payments not yet due. Oh, and their payment terms are 7 days. We paid inflated service fees: principal Mark even said our invoice was high at over $4k for a simple SMSF fund, only to backtrack when his office manager told us that it took her a very long time to input our data into THEIR new system ! How is it fair that we end up paying for her time to input data into their new internal system? We are so glad we left. Now we experience truly amazing, personal service, and at a more fair and reasonable market price, and nearly half the cost of Wilson Pateras. So buyer beware !

we couldn't recommend brett more highly with helping us with our mortgage.he was so patient in explaining everything, sometimes several times over for us to completely understand. communication was amazing. the whole experience was minimal stress and he is so personable.wouldn't use anyone else!!! can't thank him enough for such a great experience.
