Can't value their reputation too much when their employees park their truck (300.WEL) across 3 Woolworths click and collect bays and make Woolworths customers who are trying to collect their groceries park further away.One staff member, the driver stood the rear of another vehicle chatting to a mate while the other 2 occupants walk out of the liqour store happy with open drinks in hand.Before they all climb back in to the cab 3 a breast drinks flow and music cranking.

I chose this company after being impressed by how streamlined the quote process was, and of course the competitive pricing. I'm glad I did because the guys who did the move were brilliant - polite, respectful and so very strong! The company also provided boxes, including ones that you could put your clothes in straight from the cupboard which was really handy. They estimated how many we would need based on the contents of the house, and dropped them off and picked them up at times that were convenient for us. It hugely simplified the process.

We recently moved with Kyle Bay Removals. We got two young guys, Bryce and Dean as our removalists. We had a lot of stuff to load and unload, much of it was difficult due to awkward stairs at both the old and new residence. As a result they were at it from 7:30 in the morning to about 3pm, on a stinking hot day. Bryce and Dean persisted through the heat the whole time and dutifully did everything we needed from them - which involved manoeuvring really heavy stuff through rather tight places. They were very systematic when loading and unloading the truck, and were very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Impressively, they did not damage anything. These two are a sure asset to the broader company.

I was extremely impressed with my entire experience with Kyle Bay Removals. Setting the appointment and making a few changes there to was quick and easy, and the customer service rep's over the phone were kind, personable and more than accommodating with all my questions and requests. I cannot recommend these guys enough, affordable phenomenal service and completely deserving of a five star rating.

We recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney and hired Kyle Bay. Throughout the whole experience the staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. The guys that came were really efficient and friendly. They made sure our stuff was not broken and were very careful to make sure they didn't damage the walls or stairway. I am so glad we picked them. They worked very hard for us and were very pleasant the entire day.
