Everything went as was explained. The car arrived from Perth 5 days earlier than expected. In all a great result. Much easier to deal with than the last crew we used. Thanks again.

Very happy with the service, car arrived earlier than scheduled and in the good condition it was in when sent.

Found easy to deal with and didn’t try get me to pay for a more expensive type than needed. Car was easy to drop and efficient with take into photos and making sure all was in order. Only thing that I found weird is that we were asked to make sure care seats were in securely, yet when we got the car back they were unbuckled and straps weren’t there same place for the kids.

My friend gave his car for shipping to Perth and this is the car situation, gear shift broken and coolant leakage. They are too late to deliver and also the interaction with the customer is not good. They just want money but not the satisfaction and experience of the customer. This is the worst experience ever had and not suggesting anyone to opt this transport.

SMB transported my daughter’s car from Perth to Sydney. Very competitive price, they gave it a wash when I picked it up, all the items packed in the car were exactly how it was packed. Staff were friendly. Very happy with the service, definitely would recommend them.

After reading many terrible reviews of cars not arriving in the specified time frames and arriving damaged, I was super skeptical about booking my car to be transported. However, my car arrived within 3 business days- much earlier than I had anticipated (I thought it would have been longer). Transport service was affordable and booking process was very easy. Wonderful customer service whenever I called to clarify some things. Thank you so much SMB for transporting my car safely and fast. Will definitely use the company in future if need be. Highly recommend!

Drop off if my car in Perth was great , no dramas there , apart from telling me it would have an ETA in Brisbane, 3-4 days later than originally anticipated!!Communication with regards to where my car was located was a little light on!!Company could have told me that it was going to be nearly 2 weeks after I dropped off my car , that it would then leave for Brisbane!!Probably could have driven it faster across the country!Pickup day was a shambles in BrisbaneOffice looked like a bomb had hit it!Keys everywhere, staff members lacking!Meet by 2 truck drivers 1st both told me the lady too talk too was over there somewhere, waited 20 mins plus to meet the person I needed to see , for her to then spend another 20mins scrambling to located my car keys!!All and all a mixed experience, but thankful my car arrived undamaged , unlike some others have experienced, just a bit dusty and dirty , but you get that , when it’s traveled across the nation from Perth to Brisbane!!

Recently used this company to transport a car from Perth to Sydney.I must say I'm very happy with service , staff are friendly, and the car came earlier then quoted so I was very pleased about that. Price was reasonable as well. I would use them again.

Very friendly costumer service. I got my cars (/1Toyota Camry and Mazda3)carried from Sydney to Perth with this Transport. They arrived one week late but no damage to the cars at all. I would recommend not to be confused about their service. They also have plenty of car prks within their premise and ensure full security untill they are picked up.Thank you SMB Australia.
