Blue Diamond Generators Brisbane

These guys are awesome! I run a food truck and my generator died last night and they went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. I got honest, no BS advice, they communicated with me throughout the day so I could make arrangements and got me back on the road the same day. Make sure you hit them up for all your generator needs.

The manager Arron is very professional , helpful & knowledgeable guy, looking for a great good quality gen he is the go too.

Service is pathetic, can not get through for any aftersales support, no one ever calls you back and its been an ongoing thing for the last 3 days

These guys offer a good range of generators and compressors and give good friendly service. The staff know what their talking about and seem eager to help. I'd come back here again and would recommend for anyone looking for good generators.

Blue Diamond Machinery in Brisbane were great to deal with. Their service was prompt and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The generator purchased runs faultlessly. Could not be happier. If you need a generator these are guys to see.

I would like to explain about my experience with Blue Diamond. I purchased 2 generators. One was a demo and the other a second hand machine. I did not pay full price for either.I got them home and did not use either for about a month. I gave one to a mate and installed the other in the back of my truck. I then tried it and it was very smokey.I called the Brisbane office and was somehow transferred to Perth head office where I spoke to the National Sales Manager. I explained what was happening and he said I'll give you a brand new unit. I said that I felt bad as I had not paid me price. He said doesn't matter you are getting a new one and Ben the Brisbane manager would call me.Ben rang as said to just bring it back and they will swap.I went back and Ben helped to unload the old one and install the new one in my truck.The service I received was second to none and I cannot express how impressed I was. I would highly recommend buying any product from the team as they are truly wanting to look after ever customer.Thanks again,Matt Simpson.
