Pickers Vinyl and Canvas deserve to be recognised for the professional, prompt service, quality product and workmanship that they have demonstrated to us on a number of occasions. We have actually dealt with the company over many years and as a recently as December 2022, which has prompted us to write this review.We placed a special order mid-December that was important to us. The order was “a little out of the box” and in the grand scheme of things not a major outlay compared to the other large scale projects which Pickers Vinyl and Canvas were working on.The reception staff were always pleasant and it was positive and refreshing to deal with Mark Leitner who took the time to make suggestions, change design ideas when necessary and follow the order through from design, pricing production and to completion.Mark worked for us by making economical yet efficient suggestions and offered alternatives. Mark was consistently pleasant and despite being very busy, spent quality time with us.We also understood the company was dealing with the pressures of meeting the Christmas rush however we were always treated with respect and afforded individualised service. Mark epitomises the “old-style business adage” of finding out what the customer wants, and deliver that to him/her. Certainly in this instance, Pickers Vinyl and Canvas “under-promised and over-delivered” as our order was completed prior to Christmas and suits the situation very well.The result is that we are happy customers, already providing more orders for Pickers Vinyl and Canvas and recommending the company whenever the opportunity arises.Terry and Cathy MaloneyWonga Beach

Have had a canvas shade sail put up and I'm very impressed with the completed job. The price was exceptional and the service from the quote to the tradies who put it up and the admin was fabulous. Will be telling friends about you guys for sure. Thank you

We had a zip replaced at relatively short notice on our camper trailer while passing through. Liam fitted us in while we were in town and done a great job.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the complete collapse of the waterproof sail structure built by Pickers Vinyl and Canvas in 2021. It failed after just one year of having been built.The sail collapse was a significant health and safety risks. the force of the sail coming down damaged my property and could have seriously injured my family. Not to mention the costs and living inconveniences my family and I had as a result.A big thank you to the QBCC. Thanks to the QBCC a new sail structure is now going to be designed and built by a different company. The defective work complaint process does take a while however it’s worth pursuing one’s rights as a paying customer.One star is the lowest I can give to Pickers Vinyl and Canvas based on my direct experience with the company and management. I cannot recommend this company.

Great service and friendly team. I had an issue with a canvas they made up 6 months ago; Pickers had a look at it and fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend Pickers.
