Nota Motors

Recently made the switch to Nota Motors after my previous mechanic was reluctantly outed by his own staff. While no one's always perfect, the intention to do right by others and a willingness to make good is what I've experienced with Nota. Highly recommended.

Called Nota Motors after my HiAce Van wouldn't start, explained my situation and the gentleman over the phone walked me through a couple of alternatives, surely enough a couple of knocks to the starter motor whilst turning the key had me on my way!Really appreciative as it would've costed me a lot more than my time to get going again.Thank you for the advice and support!

Very fortunate to find this reputable family run business of 38+ years of Terry, Aman & Harj to service our Rainbow RJ (Series 2/2nd) KC - RJ1JJAA japanese import bus/motorhome. While we had a minor service & lube in mind, it's the suspension that we required a measured approach as the previous owner had introduced a quality aftermarket airbag system to overcome poor handling/ride which still offered a sub-optimal ride. It was through the efforts of Nota we realised that previous attempts by other mechanical/suspension businesses tried to compensate by openning up the play in the steering wheel as well as etc.... Ultimately it was Terry's decades of knowledge that had us replace the single acting shock absorbers with dual action. This is no easy feat to get right as the vehicle is an import and not always well supported by the main stream suppliers and/or service outlets from what our investigation unveiled, so a bespoke build was required. We can honestly say it drives/rides like a different bus and handles with ease now. This was not the only element we pursued with the team at Nota & we now have greater insight to what our bus presents and a staged/phased approach against our regular service intervals. We can't recommend highly enough this thoroughly professional business with their customer centric approach. 5+ rating is not high enough in our opinion for the service we received from Terry, Aman & Harj.Cheers, Andrew
