The staff have lack of knowledge when is comes to vintage pieces, also the tall man with no eye brows or life behind his eyes. Was very blunt and irritating.They could not give a trade in price on my vintage Rolex which I had bought from a reputable retailer in the city. Told me it was fake/ non genuine asked what part of the watch was non genuine? he said the Bracelet, asked specifically and his response was Im an expert" and couldn't back up his claim.So got it verified elsewhere and all parts of the watch were genuine. Makes me wonder

Been walking past this store every time I walked through The Strand Arcade but never walked into the store to browse. Customer experience was excellent and managed to purchased a watch at the price I was satisfy with. Will definitely purchase from Vintage Watch & Co again.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Katy from Vintage Watch, and I must say that her attitude and professionalism were outstanding. Despite the unavailability of the Submariner I was looking for, Katy went above and beyond to assist me. Her extensive knowledge of watches and genuine passion for her work shone through in every conversation we had. Katy patiently answered all my queries, provided alternative options, and even offered to notify me when the Submariner becomes available. Her dedication and excellent customer service skills left a lasting impression on me.

One of the worst customer service I have received. Walked in for few minutes, no greeting at all despite I initiated. Felt judged by my casual attire. Ask for a vintage patek, attitude was extremely arrogant, lecture and try to embarrass me instead of educating. Watch was in poor quality and priced extremely expensive. Bad business and make sure you stay away, just a small advice coming from a Amax Centurion owner.

I have purchased an all gold Rolex day date from the Sydney boutique and i have to say, i had an amazing purchase experience. The sales people are friendly even if my kids were all around the store. Honestly, being good to my kids is very important to me. Anyway, the watch was advertised as no box and just the watch and i still went through the purchase.The owner then surprised us and said he found the exact box of the model for me and the booklets. He didn’t have to do it as i already paid a deposit, it was such a pleasant surprise and experience. I highly recommend their store. The sales people and owner also took their time to explain the watch functions and do’s and donts which i had no idea until that day. I have a few watches but didn’t know a lot of things and because of our good chat i have sure learned a lot. Thank you for the good experience and would sure recommend to my friends.

Unreliable when it comes to correctly dating their vintage stock. Even when I previously provided them with a brand-specific 1944 - 1978 original vintage ledger as a favour (detailing all serial numbers ~ manufacture year during that period) for their reference guide to improve description accuracy. Prices a little inflated (as is expected these days with most businesses) but certainly beware if you’re after a specific vintage “birth year” watch. Do your own research and don’t rely on the accuracy of their synopsis. Surprisingly, a good range of vintage watches occasionally considering based in Australia and rarity of some vintages, but they really need to address accuracy of the descriptions, or at least admit they are estimating the manufacturing date. Especially for models cir. early 1950’s to early ‘70’s. Happy to cautiously recommended however. Sadly I agree with other recent “not great” reviews of the Sydney store. Seemingly hasn’t improved from 2 disappointing experiences 5 & 2 years ago. The more recent was calling out an argumentative salesman who ultimately showed he had minimal knowledge of the brand he was selling despite him initially suggesting he was an “expert”. Authenticity not an issue with models I’ve seen on display. Recommended, but conduct your own research.

Went to buy a Rolex GMT and Patek Philipe Calendar did not even bother. So Rude especially the Tall Caucasian man with glasses. Asked a few questions about the GMT and said Sorry I have other customers that watch to "actually" want to buy a watch.No respect to customers or decent service."

Always worth a visit, the pieces are always changing. Yes there are places like chrono24, but you can't judge a piece until you see it in person. I cannot believe they had a NOS kermit available to see here! Made me see the watch in a completely different way!
